USER MANUAL FOR SOLAR CHARGER S3000B
Thank you for purchasing the solar charger S3000B. Please read the following instructions to fully exploit the device capabilities.
Device S3000B is used for charging cell phones, tablets and other small electronic devices in accordance with the following voltage limits. The charging process always uses the electricity stored in the battery unit. The battery can be recharged from 230V mains usingthe 5V power adapter (not included) and built-in photovoltaic panel.
It is essential for the proper functioning of the PV panel to incident direct solar radiation on the panel. Artificial light or scattered radiation coming from the overcast sky does not carry enough energy to generate power in the photovoltaic panel. At the same time please remember that the angle of incidence of sunlight is highly important for the efficiency of the photovoltaic panel. For best results are achieved, when the sun hits the panel at right angles to its surface. The above correlation is presented in the following chart.

Place the unit in direct sunlight ensuring the right angle of the PV panel. Charging time for the ideal radiation conditions is approximately 5-7 hours for each 1000mAh capacity.
- using the AC Charger
Plug the charger into the USB IN port device. Charge time is approximately 1 hour for every 1000mAh capacity.
- using the USB port
Plug the charger into the USB IN port device. Charge time is approximately 2 hour for every 1000mAh capacity.
Proper charging and battery level is signaled by inflammation of the identified LEDs: 1 LED - 25% 2 LEDs - 50% 3 LEDs - 75% 4 LEDs - 100%
Using the PV panel the indicator lights (C) up at the time of the minimum required conditions of light intensity, which does not mean that the optimal level of the charging process has been reached. For best results adjust the photovoltaic panel in the right way.
Charging the external device:
Connect the USB charger (USB OUT) to the device, using the appropriate adapter kit. Charging will start automatically.When fully charged, disconnect your device, for some devices there may be opposite direction of the current flow. The battery indicator is activated by pressing the designated button (ON).
Before initial use, the internal battery unit should be fully charged. In order to maintain the highest efficiency of the battery it is recommended to perform a full charge every 20 cycles of device operation. The charge shall be performed using the AC adapter or USB port.
When using the device, please note that transferring the energy from the battery to the battery is capable in 70% of stored energy. In addition, the natural process is accompanied by energy losses.

Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems available.
